Carol & Malcolm MCCONNELL

Malcolm McConnell (1939 – September 26, 2020) was an American author who wrote or co-wrote twenty-four books, many focused on military subjects. He co-authored works with Carol McConnell, including The Mediterranean Diet: Wine, Pasta, Olive Oil, and a Long, Healthy Life.
