Ernest Henry Wilson

Ernest Henry Wilson was a prominent British plant collector and horticulturist who introduced numerous ornamental plants from Asia to the West. He is best known for his extensive expeditions to China, where he discovered and introduced species such as the regal lily and many rhododendrons. Wilson's work greatly influenced Western gardens and earned him the nickname 'Chinese Wilson.'
