Jason Hawreliak

Jason Hawreliak is a Canadian scholar and author specializing in video game studies, rhetoric, and multimodal semiotics. He is an associate professor at Brock University, where he teaches in the Centre for Digital Humanities, and has written the book 'Multimodal Semiotics and Rhetoric in Videogames' (2019). His research focuses on how meaning is created through various modes in digital games.
