Karen Chacek

Karen Chacek is a Mexican author born in 1972 in Ciudad de México, known for her extensive work in children's literature, young adult stories, and adult novels that blend social themes with fantastical imagination. She views literature as a medium of resistance against sociopolitical systems and has published over a dozen books for children in Mexico and the United States, as well as contributions to numerous national and international anthologies.
