Luke Barr

Luke Barr is an American author and editor known for his books on food history and culinary figures. He is the author of 'Provence, 1970' and 'Ritz and Escoffier,' and he has edited travel writing anthologies. Barr is the great-nephew of the iconic food writer M.F.K. Fisher.
