Marsilio Ficino

Marsilio Ficino was an Italian Renaissance philosopher, theologian, and translator who played a key role in reviving Platonism and Hermeticism in Western Europe. He directed the Platonic Academy in Florence and produced influential Latin translations of Plato's complete works, shaping early modern thought.
