Michael Heim

Michael Heim was an American literary translator and professor of Slavic languages at UCLA. He translated works from Czech, Russian, Hungarian, and other languages, including major texts by Milan Kundera, Bohumil Hrabal, and Anton Chekhov, and was renowned for his linguistic versatility and precision.
