Peter Siemund

Peter Siemund is a professor of English linguistics at the University of Hamburg, formerly at the University of Freiburg. He is known for his research on language contact, pidgin and creole languages, and linguistic typology, and has published extensively on these topics. His works include studies on pronominal gender, reflexivity, and the typology of English varieties.
