Raymond M. Smullyan
Raymond M. Smullyan was an American mathematician, logician, concert pianist, and philosopher, best known for his accessible books on mathematical logic and recreational puzzles. He authored numerous works that popularized logic through the use of puzzles involving knights and knaves, and he also taught at institutions such as Yeshiva University and Indiana University. Smullyan's eclectic interests also included Taoism and stage magic.
