Shino Arihara

Shino Arihara is a freelance illustrator whose work has appeared in publications such as *Time*, *The Wall Street Journal*, and *Seventeen*. She illustrated her first picture book in 2006 and later worked on several other children's books; one source says she was born in Northern California in 1974 and studied at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena.[1][2]
